Prepare to walk 10-15mins with suitcase and stuff over the beach to get here. Rooms are not clean, ants walking everywhere and bathroom smells like sewage. Got another room next doors because this one was fully booked. Had to pay extra, was not happy about the service because they seem to lack the understanding.. no apology, explanation, nothing. I recommend everyone to just spend a few hundred more pesos to stay in a proper hotel because this one is definitely NOT a 3-star accommodation..

Totally overpriced and lazy staff. They don't refund even if there is a typhoon going on and it is impossible to reach the island. No porterage service even if you book the transfer from the port with them, be careful if you have heavy luggage. EDIT: The owner replies that the portage service is provided only until 22:30. We arrived at 22:15, but this service was not provided. Moreover, workers start to do their job in early morning generating strong lauds under my room, NO advice was provided before our arrival and NO discount was provided also. About the refund due to the typhoon, our travel agency directly asked them to give us the refund and they denied it to us. No, I didn't enjoy my stay.

Really noisy and no sound proof at all. You can hear all the noise from the room, mostly at nights when their own staff were singing, talking and laughing outside the room. Overall, the place is right outside the beach and plenty of food places. Good for sleeping few nights if noise doesn’t bother you. But for that price, they’re plenty of better places nearby.

Love the location. Just happened during our visit, There is construction going on, so you can really get some rest in the daytime. You will hear all the noise from the construction. The place have a nice restaurant they cater american food and local. They can arrange your transportation. There is a 3 to 5 mins walk to the hotel no cars can get through or access points.

Came here since 2018 and its been a good place to eat and get 7 nights live entertainment. Unfortunately the great cordon bleu is now 600 pesos and the breaded porkchop with fries is 560. Same quality and larger portions at 80% the price …
